Calendar
Visualize your schedule and plan your time effectively.
Views
Day View
See today's schedule hour by hour. Tasks with due times appear on the timeline alongside your events.
Week View
Plan your week with a bird's-eye view of all commitments.
Time Blocking
Drag a task from your list onto the calendar to schedule focused time for it.
- Find the task in your list
- Drag it to a time slot on the calendar
- Adjust the duration if needed
The task stays in your list and also appears on your calendar as a time block.
Events
Create events for meetings, appointments, and other time-based commitments.
Events are different from tasks:
- Tasks - Things to do (can be done anytime)
- Events - Happen at a specific time
Integration
Connect your existing calendars to see everything in one place.
One-Way Sync (Privacy-First)
You've probably got years of meetings, appointments, and shared events living in Google or Microsoft. We're not going to ask you to leave all that behind — that would be ridiculous.
So we pull it all in. Connect your calendar and you'll see everything right here in Clairvoyant, alongside your tasks and time blocks. One view, one place to plan your day.
- Google Calendar - Import only
- Microsoft Outlook - Import only
Here's the important bit though: we only read, we never write back. Your work meetings come in, but none of your tasks, notes, focus sessions, or anything else goes out. Google and Microsoft don't get to see what you're working on, how you're spending your time, or what your priorities are.
Why does that matter? Because the way you organise your day says a lot about you — what projects you're focused on, when you're most productive, what you're struggling with. That's not data you want sitting in someone else's analytics pipeline or training their AI.
With Clairvoyant, you get full visibility into your existing calendars without giving anything away. Think of it as a one-way mirror — you can see out, but nobody can see in.
Two-Way Sync
For self-hosted and privacy-respecting providers:
- CalDAV (Nextcloud, Radicale, etc.) - Full read/write sync
With CalDAV, you control the server, so two-way sync is safe. Events created in Clairvoyant can sync back to your self-hosted calendar.
