Is Clairvoyant free?​

There's a free tier with all the core features. Premium features are available with a subscription, but you can get a lot done without paying anything.

Does it work offline?​

Absolutely. Clairvoyant is designed to work fully offline — tasks, calendar, notes, everything. When you're back online, changes sync automatically. No "you need internet for this feature" messages.

What platforms does it run on?​

  • Web - Any modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)
  • Desktop - Windows, macOS, Linux
  • Mobile - The web app works great on phones. Native mobile apps are coming.

Privacy​

Do you sell my data?​

No. Full stop. We don't sell, share, or monetise your personal data in any way. That's not our business model and it never will be.

Can you read my tasks?​

No — and that's by design, not just by policy. Your data is encrypted with keys that only you control. We physically cannot decrypt or access your content. Here's how that works.

What data do you collect?​

The bare minimum needed to provide the service:

  • Your email (for your account)
  • Encrypted task data (if sync is enabled — encrypted data we can't read)

We don't collect analytics, browsing behaviour, or personal information. There's no tracking pixel, no event logging, no "anonymous usage data."

Features​

How does the AI work?​

The AI uses natural language processing to understand what you're asking for. It can create tasks, answer questions about your schedule, and suggest actions. It knows the difference between you thinking out loud and asking it to do something — and it always shows you what it plans to do before making any changes.

How do recurring tasks work?​

Edit any task and set a recurrence pattern — daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. When you complete a recurring task, the next instance is created automatically. Set it once, and it keeps coming back on schedule.

Troubleshooting​

My data isn't syncing​

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Go to Settings → Sync → Force Sync
  3. If it's still stuck, try signing out and back in

The app feels slow​

  1. Clear out completed tasks older than 30 days (they add up)
  2. Close extra browser tabs if you're running the web version
  3. Try restarting the app
